Cutting and Working Centre

CNC cutting and machining centre with multiple controlled axes dedicated to window and door manufacturers requiring even higher productivity levels (up to 500 frames / 8h*).

 

The system consists of an automatic bar loading magazine that feeds, by means of a double CNC gripper to speed up bar loading without downtime, a work module that houses 2 dual High Speed spindles, in the standard configuration, working completely independently of each other, and a cutting module with 3 independent and synchronised blades.

The ultimate expression of mechanical and technological innovation, it performs machining and cutting of the highest precision and speed, while maintaining reliability and efficiency over time.

The Fab Cut 3B RS is equipped with modern production list management software that allows automatic import of cutting lists and enables optimisation of the number of bars to be used while keeping track of the machine's operation.

An automatic profile alignment system is also installed on the machine, which, in the event that the bar is not perfectly straight, linearises it, allowing for optimum workpiece machining accuracy.
