Interview with Michele Motta, owner of Ventana5

Our cooperation with GRAF Synergy started in 2021 when the agent in the area offered us some samples of windows made with the V-PERFECT technology for viewing. Then one Saturday he took us to visit a company that was already using GRAF Synergy machines. We were so impressed that the same day we decided to purchase the SL4FF EVO 4-head welder, the seamless welder with patented V-Perfect technology. After seeing the GRAF Synergy machines at work, we honestly felt no need to evaluate other competitors: the finish and cleaning of the weld convinced us immediately!

With the purchase of the welding machine with V-PERFECT technology, the aesthetics of our windows has clearly improved, and thanks to this our sales staff now have better sales arguments, due to the welding quality that can now be achieved in our production. Internally, we have also seen an appreciable increase in production.

We are convinced that improving the aesthetic quality of our windows will be a distinctive and qualifying added value to counteract any downturn in the market.

Incorporating the GRAF welder into the production process gave us no compatibility problems, and on a collaborative level GRAF proved to be a great team, really working in synergy with the customer, from purchase to after-sales. Service has really been a strong point: when a couple of problems occurred during the early stages of processing, the GRAF Synergy technicians were impeccable in resolving any issues on site, even on a Saturday. For a window manufacturer, this is invaluable.

Also regarding the training of our staff to use the new machine, we did not encounter any particular difficulties, as the GRAF technicians were very good at getting us up and running quickly and well with the welder. No time was wasted.

The way our company is structured at the moment, we have not yet considered introducing GRAF’s Fast Forward Plant logistics solution, but we expect to get there in the near future.

If I had to sum up the cooperation between GRAF Synergy and VENTANA5 in three points, I would certainly think of: Speed, Aesthetics and Prestige!
